5. Payments & Subscriptions

BDCX INSIGHT SOLUTIONS LLC partners with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to process payments. As a result, all transactions are subject to Paddle’s terms and conditions.

  • Order Processing: "Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns."
  • Recurring Payments: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
  • Pricing Transparency: Before completing a purchase, users will be shown the full pricing details, including any recurring fees.
  • PCI DSS Compliance: BDCX INSIGHT SOLUTIONS LLC does not collect or store buyer payment information. All payments are securely processed by Paddle in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Service Failure: If a paid service is not delivered as described due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Technical Issues: If our platform or Paddle experiences technical failures that prevent access to paid services for more than 72 hours, we may offer a refund or service credit.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you have been mistakenly charged multiple times for the same service, we will process a full refund for the duplicate charges.
  • Chargebacks: Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, you agree to contact Paddle for resolution.

Subscription Cancellations:

  • Users must cancel their subscriptions at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
  • Once a subscription payment is processed, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
  • If digital content has already been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be issued.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact Paddle’s Buyer Support team at help@paddle.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Email associated with your account
  • Transaction ID and date of payment
  • Reason for refund request

Paddle will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • Users should contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank.
  • Chargebacks incur a fee of $15 (£15 or €15) for card payments and $20 (£20 or €20) for PayPal transactions, which may be passed onto the buyer.
  • If a dispute arises, Paddle will submit relevant evidence to the buyer’s bank to resolve the issue.
  • Unusual transaction activity may result in additional security checks or refunds at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as-is" without guarantees. We are not responsible for:

  • Losses resulting from using BDCX INSIGHT SOLUTIONS LLC.
  • Third-party links or services accessed via BDCX INSIGHT SOLUTIONS LLC.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if applicable).

10. Compliance & Dispute Resolution

  • BDCX INSIGHT SOLUTIONS LLC complies with GDPR and other data protection laws.
  • Any disputes should first be raised with our customer support team at support@bdcxinsight.com.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.
